Asif Kawnine, a businessman, thought leader and philanthropist has founded several successful businesses in the property development, construction, finance, hotel and manufacturing industries in Australia, Bangladesh and Malaysia  over the last 15 years. 

An alumni of Western Sydney University and the University of Newcastle, Mr Kawnine holds a Master of Business Administration and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD). Asif Kawnine sits on the board of multiple companies and serves as the Chairman of Qove Capital GHG Limited (public), Managing Director of Qove Property Group, KRE Property Group, and Director of Investor Solution Australia among other companies. Mr. Kawnine has served as the Chairperson of ABBC in the preceding term.

Motasim Billah joined Parish Patience Immigration Lawyers in 2005 three weeks after he arrived in Australia and has progressed through the firm in becoming one of the firm’s Leading Marketing Managers. When he arrived in Australia, He studied at University of Ballarat to complete his Degree in Commerce in 2010. He also completed the Graduate Certificate of Australia Migration Law and Practice in 2015 from Australian National University, Canberra. He uses his wide network of people in the Bengali Community to help provide information for prospective migrants. He is currently completing his study with University of Sydney to become a Solicitor.

He became a director of Parish Patience when the company was incorporated in2016, just before the passing of Mr. David Bitel. Motasim worked closely with Mr. Bitel and has learned greatly from David’s wide knowledge in migration and ethics.

He also leads the Australia Chapter of 'Global Bangladeshi Professional Diaspora'. As an independent Management Consultant and Business Coach, he demonstrates expertise in Corporate Branding and sustainable SME Business, with over 22 years’ experience. His SKL Consultancy Pty Ltd advises on and provides training in the customer-focused aspects of change management and strategic branding.  

Liton holds an MSc in Economics, an MBA (Summa Cum Laude) and an Advanced Diploma of Leadership & Management. He lectured in different public & private universities in Bangladesh as an Adjunct Faculty and was National Consultant to UNDP (Bangladesh). Alex Xenos is a board member of various Profit and Non-Profit organisations ranging from community legal centres to international trade organisations. Alex Xenos Joined VoxGroup as Solicitor/Director in January 2021 after having spent 8 years at a large international law firm running a general practice. Alex was inspired by the opportunity provided by Vox Group Managing Director Robert Crabtree and Director of Operations Brett Greedy to expand the VoxLaw Practice areas and capabilities. Alex Xenos holds a Business Degree and a Juris Doctor from the University of Technology Sydney. Alex’s practice areas vary significantly given his general practice experience, from major commercial matters to highly sensitive criminal and family law matters. Other practice areas also include estate litigation and trade law.
